CHATTR REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

All purchases on Chattr are final. Transactions involve instant-access digital services and real-time calls that cannot be returned once delivered. Refunds are strictly limited to the specific situations described below.

1. Covered Transactions

This Policy applies to all financial interactions on the Platform, including:

  • Live 1-on-1 audio or video calls
  • Pay-per-view (PPV) messages or media
  • Tips
  • Unlock fees
  • Subscriptions
  • Digital credits

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund eligibility applies only to scheduled live Calls. No other transaction type qualifies. Approved remedies are at Chattr’s sole discretion.

2.1 Creator No-Show

Trigger: The Creator fails to join the scheduled Call within 3 minutes of the scheduled start time. Verification is confirmed by Chattr server logs.

  • Full refund issued as Chattr Credits
  • Automatic rescheduling of the Call

2.2 Creator Early Termination

Trigger: The Creator ends the Call before 90% of the booked duration has elapsed, without user misconduct. Verification is confirmed by system logs.

  • Pro-rated refund in Chattr Credits
  • Rescheduling of remaining minutes

No other circumstance qualifies for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following are strictly non-refundable once delivered or unlocked:

  • PPV content and Digital unlocks
  • Subscriptions and Tips
  • Completed calls or time used during a session
  • Dissatisfaction with content style or preference
  • Connectivity issues on the user’s device
  • Late arrival or failure to follow instructions

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, Chattr may suspend the account pending investigation. Chattr reserves the right to recover disputed amounts from Creator balances or offset future payouts.

Abusive or repeated disputes may result in permanent account termination. Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund for an eligible Call, follow these steps within 24 hours of the scheduled time:

  • Email info@chattr.so with the subject [Refund Request]
  • Include your Booking ID and a clear description
  • Chattr responds within 5 business days
  • Decisions made by Chattr are final

6. Form of Refund

Approved refunds are issued as Chattr Credits. These credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn.

Refunds to original payment methods are provided only where legally required.

7. Statutory Rights

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws require a refund, Chattr will comply. Except where required by law, users waive cancellation rights for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.

8. Abuse Prevention

Chattr may deny requests and suspend accounts for excessive claims, fraud indicators, or manipulation attempts. Confirmed fraud may be reported to authorities.
