CHATTR PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, creators, and fans. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Platform, and from third-party service providers.
A. Account Information

- Email address and Phone number
- Date of birth
- Encrypted password
B. Identity & Age Verification Data
Includes government-issued ID, selfie images or liveness checks, biometric identifiers (where permitted by law), and verification results from third-party vendors.
This information is used strictly to comply with age verification and legal requirements.
C. User Content
Includes images, videos, audio, direct messages, comments, and call metadata.
Users should not expect absolute privacy in communications conducted on the Platform. Content may be reviewed for safety, fraud prevention, or compliance.
D. Usage & Technical Data
- IP address and Device identifiers
- Browser type and Operating system
- Referral URLs and Interaction logs
- Session timestamps
E. Location Data
If permitted by your device settings, we may collect approximate or precise geolocation data.
F. Financial & Transaction Data
- Wallet balances and Earnings
- Transaction history and Payout details
- Chargeback records
Payment details are processed by third-party processors. Chattr does not store full card numbers.
G. SMS & Messaging Data (10DLC Compliance)
We collect phone numbers, carrier information, opt-in/opt-out status, timestamped consent records, and delivery logs.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes. Consent logs are retained for at least six (6) years.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use Personal Data to create accounts, perform verification, moderate content, prevent fraud, process payments, and comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. No system is completely secure.
7. Your Rights (U.S. Residents)
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw SMS consent.

8. International Data Transfers
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Use of the Platform constitutes consent to such transfers.
9. Minors
Chattr is strictly for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
10. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies to maintain sessions, improve functionality, analyze traffic, and prevent fraud. Disabling cookies may impair functionality.
11. No Expectation of Confidentiality
Content shared publicly or with other users may be redistributed by those users. Chattr is not responsible for unauthorized third-party redistribution.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
