CHATTR AGE & ID VERIFICATION POLICY

Chattr is restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to:

• Create an account
• Purchase content
• Upload content
• Participate in calls
• Access adult-oriented services

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to involve underage access will be immediately suspended.

All creators must complete identity verification before publishing or monetizing content. Verification may include government-issued photo ID, biometric selfie verification, and authenticity checks. Creators cannot:

• Upload restricted content
• Receive payouts
• Schedule paid calls

until verification is completed. Chattr may re-verify creators at any time.

Chattr may request age or identity verification from users for situations including suspected underage access, payment disputes, or law enforcement requests. Failure to comply may result in:

• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Loss of platform access

Chattr is not obligated to verify all users proactively unless required by law.

Chattr may re-verify accounts where account information changes, suspicious login patterns are detected, or fraud indicators appear. Accounts may be restricted during re-verification review.

Identity verification data is processed using secure transmission protocols and stored with strict access controls. Retention periods may vary based on:

• Legal obligations
• Processor requirements
• Fraud prevention needs

Chattr may use third-party verification providers contractually required to maintain data security. Chattr does not sell verification data to advertisers.

Submitting altered identification, fake documents, or impersonation attempts is strictly prohibited. Chattr may:

• Terminate the account
• Preserve evidence for legal use
• Report suspected fraud to authorities

Repeated violations may result in permanent platform bans.

Creator identity verification under this Policy is separate from the uploader’s obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Creators remain solely responsible for maintaining performer records where required. Chattr’s verification does not replace producer record-keeping duties.

This Policy may be updated as laws, processor standards, or operational practices evolve. Continued use of Chattr constitutes acceptance of updates.
